How much deposit should I pay?

Keja, the Kenya Home Search guide

Keja says

Deposits are set by each landlord, so agree the amount and the refund terms in writing before you pay. Pay only after viewing, and always get a receipt.

Got another question?

Keja can search live homes and answer more questions in the chat.

Keja is a guide. Listings are published by owners and agents, and Kenya Home Search does not handle payments or legal work. Questions? WhatsApp 0183 426 339.
